  • Andy Castillo- Barlines General Manager

    Andy brings over a decade of experience in Miami’s vibrant food and beverage scene. Recently as the Food and Beverage Manager at Trump International Beach Resort, he led beachfront and poolside dining operations with a focus on luxury service and guest experience. Now embracing the charm of Nashville, Andy brings his South Florida hospitality flair to Music City.

  • Katelyn Halladay- Barlines Assistant Manager

    Katelyn recently graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Stout with a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism Management. After completing her degree, she joined Omni Nashville as a “Leader in Development” and was promoted midway through her program to her current role as Assistant Manager. With seven years of experience in food and beverage, Katelyn brings youthful enthusiasm and a positive attitude to the team, enhancing the guest experience at Barlines.

  • Tina Vo - Barlines Assistant Manager

    Tina brings over 10 years of hospitality experience to Barlines. Starting in her family’s Food & Beverage business in Thailand, she earned a Master of Science in International Marketing from the University of Leeds. Tina brings a variety of experience from around the world and Tennessee in Culinary and Front of House leadership. Her love for Nashville brought her back, where she now blends her international expertise and passion for hospitality at Barlines.

  • Miricle Glanton- Barlines Sous Chef

    Miricle, born and raised in Nashville TN, began cooking as a child, inspired by her grandparents. Graduating from AI Nashville in 2018 with her Bachelor's in Culinary Management, she started at The Omni Hotel and Resort. Starting off as a line cook, within 5 years, she worked her way up to become a valuable team leader to the Barlines family. Now as the sous chef, she continues to learn, teach, and inspire anyone who crosses her path to ensure the success of Barlines Omni Nashville.

  • Joseph King- Barlines Sous Chef

    Chef Joseph is a true Tennessean and was born and raised in Franklin, TN. He got his start in the industry working for his family run catering business which inspired his love and passion for cooking. Joseph began working in restaurants and attended culinary school at Escoffier and received his Degree in Culinary Arts. He began his Omni career in 2023 as a Kitchen Supervisor in Kitchen Notes and recently accepted the role of Sous Chef in Barlines. His wife and two sons live in Spring Hill, TN where they continue to grow their family and deepen their roots in Tennessee.
